Pink Lady

2 1/2 dozen Lady Fingers
1 pkg raspberry gelatin
1 cup hot water
12 marshmallows
2 cups fresh raspberries
1/2 blanched almonds, chopped
1 cup whipping cream
3 slices of pineapple cut in small wedges


1.Line bottom and sides of ungreased cake pan with lady fingers.

2.Disolve gelatin in hot water.

3.Add marshmallows while mixture is hot. Cool.

4.When gelatin begins to congeal, fold in the raspberries, almonds, whipped cream and pineapple wedges.

5. Pour into pan. Chill in refrigerator and serve with whipped cream, if desired.
